Qualifications

• Master's degree in a healthcare administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• 5+ years of management experience leading large teams and complex operations.
• Experience developing and executing strategic growth initiatives within a healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute service line growth strategies aligned with priorities.
• Lead annual operating plan process with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to optimize care delivery.
