Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business or Finance related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of Accounting, Finance, or related experience.
• Licensure: None

Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop scorecards to communicate strategic objectives.
• Present findings to executive leadership and service line meetings.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize access to analytics tools.
• Support service line teams with operational and financial insights.
• Maintain data analysis standards across Covenant Health.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
