Job summary

Covenant Health in Knoxville is seeking a Service Line Analyst who will provide analytical, operational, and business insight support to the service line team. The role involves identifying performance gaps and collaborating with executives and clinical leaders to drive improvements.

You will design scorecards, prepare consultative reports, and work with IT to optimize access to analytical data for enterprise initiatives and system-wide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; pursuing or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business or Finance related discipline.
• Minimum of four (4) years of Accounting, Finance, or related experience.
• Preference may be given to individuals currently possessing a Master’s degree in a directly-related field from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Employs advanced skills in data analytics and statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develops analyses to evaluate ongoing performance for opportunity identification.
• Designs enterprise scorecards for communication of strategic objectives and performance.
• Prepares consultation reports and presentations for executive meetings and system-wide forums.
• Coordinates with Information Technology to optimize system-wide data access for service lines.
