Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as a finance liaison for assigned service lines. You will work with a Senior Financial Analyst and service line leaders to identify financial needs, analyze month-end variance, maintain accounting systems, and generate reports.

You will help develop the service line’s financial knowledge base and gain knowledge of systems and processes that impact financial data, supporting data analysis and process improvements for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• One year experience in finance, accounting, or business-related field.
• Extensive experience in developing personal computer spreadsheets and models.

Responsibilities

• Proforma, including capital profitability.
• Month end actual performance variance analysis.
• Ad hoc analysis at customer’s request.
• Data gathering and formatting/interpretation.
• Support service lines and Finance about forecast process and results.
• Provide follow up and resolutions to customer’s requests.
• Perform other projects as assigned (decision support, process improvement, surveys).
• Facilitate general ledger and subsystem structure changes, process improvement and resolution.
• Develop customers in their financial knowledge.
