Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• Masters preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge and experience in designated service line area.
• Familiarity with current research on appropriate level of care for assigned service level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration across core departments for the assigned service line.
• Increase market share by leading collaborative partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience, results, efficiencies and value.
• Position the service line as a premier, value-based option in the community.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field

Master's degree preferred
