Job summary

Logicalis, Inc. seeks a Service Delivery Manager to act as the primary customer success leader for assigned Managed Services clients. You will own service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement, translating operational delivery into business value with executive sponsor relationships.

Responsibilities include leading MBRs/QBRs, managing health and risk, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure contractual outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years in IT infrastructure or vendor management.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing leadership role and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational relationship owner for Managed Services customers.
• Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and executive governance meetings.
• Oversee service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage customer health, risks, escalations, and incident communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver agreed outcomes.
