Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to act as the primary customer success leader for managed services clients in the United States. You will drive service performance, governance, and continuous improvement, cultivating executive relationships and translating delivery metrics into business value.

You will own the delivery experience, manage SLAs, lead MBRs/QBRs, oversee change governance, and partner with sales to identify opportunities for expanded value and renewal readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading executive-level customer engagements and governance programs.
• Experience managing customer health and driving service improvements.
• Knowledge of IT service management and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational relationship owner for assigned Managed Services customers.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and executive governance meetings.
