Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
3–6 years of relevant work experience in software product management.
Experience with modern software development practices and Agile methodologies.
Ability to translate business goals into product strategy and backlogs.

Responsibilities

Develop product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Translate goals into backlog items and communicate priorities to teams.
Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and business partners across the enterprise.
Lead standups, planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives.
Occasionally guide junior team members in PM fundamentals.
Balance user needs with business goals to drive growth and efficiency.
