Job summary

Noble Studios, a Nevada-grown creative digital performance marketing agency with Reno offices, seeks a Senior Project Manager to own high-value engagements from start to finish. You will lead multi-service projects, manage budgets, timelines and quality, and mentor PMs to raise delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in a digital agency or marketing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMI-ACP, PMP or CSM certification preferred.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and multiple concurrent projects with senior stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of web development processes and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Experience mentoring or training other project managers.
• Ability to travel and pass a background check.
• Approachable, collaborative and confident presenter to clients and internal teams.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge sufficient to specify changes to development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements across multiple service lines, vendors and stakeholders.
• Design the delivery approach for each engagement, blending methodologies as needed.
• Partner with account and service leads on scoping and estimates for new work.
• Own budgets, forecasts and resourcing while protecting margin.
• Reframe client expectations when scope/timeline/budget shift.
• Anticipate cross-project dependencies and risks and resolve them early.
• Raise QA, reporting and documentation standards on accounts.
• Mentor Coordinators, Junior PMs and PMs and coach them through challenges.
• Spot recurring delivery problems and propose process improvements.
• Pilot AI-enabled workflows and help the team adopt effective ones.
• Build roadmaps linking activities to hours and profitability.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with client success leads.
• Define vision, scope and requirements with client leadership.
