Andersen is seeking a Human Resources Senior Manager to lead the HR function for its National Service Lines, partnering with leadership to influence employee engagement and culture across geographies. You will oversee onboarding, performance management, and HR programs while ensuring firmwide policy consistency and compliance with federal and state laws.

Keystone responsibilities include advising managers on employee relations, managing retention and succession, and guiding talent development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR required
• 11+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in a professional services firm a plus
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) preferred

• Partner with service line leadership to influence employee development, exit, and succession decisions
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations and engagement
• Advise employees with counseling, feedback, and conflict resolution
• Oversee onboarding and new hire lifecycle
• Coach team members through performance management
