Topo Advisors is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to provide world-class accounting and finance support to high-growth venture-backed companies. You’ll partner with CEOs and leadership teams to build accurate financial models and guide strategic decisions.

You will own monthly close processes, financial analysis, and budgeting while ensuring integrity and clarity in financial reporting for startups and growth-stage clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years working in SaaS or professional services finance.
• Excellent quantitative skills with strong experience in Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity, uncertainty, and changing business landscapes.
• Uncompromising integrity.

Aufgaben

• Act as a thought partner to company leaders and assist strategic decisions.
• Own and update portfolio company financial models and budgets.
• Work with CEOs to determine key metrics and levers to influence change.
• Plan for and execute fundraising objectives.
• Communicate key updates to company board members.
• Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage monthly close process, analysis and reporting.
• Analyze and monitor cash flow and expense management.
