Topo Advisors is hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver high‑quality accounting and finance support to high‑growth venture‑backed companies. You’ll be a hands‑on partner to CEOs and leadership teams, influencing strategy and helping startups scale.

This role focuses on financial modeling, budgeting, fundraising planning, and reporting to boards. You’ll oversee accounts payable/receivable, monthly close, cash flow management, and analytics, requiring strong Excel and QuickBooks skills

Qualificações

• 3+ years of SaaS or professional services finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling ability.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate insights into strategic guidance.
• Experience supporting fundraising objectives is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a thought partner to leaders to accelerate growth.
• Own and update financial models and budgets for portfolio companies.
• Define key metrics and levers with CEOs.
• Plan for and assist fundraising objectives.
• Communicate updates to the board.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage monthly close, analysis, and reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and expense management.
