Conagra Brands is seeking an experienced engineer to develop and implement utility and energy strategies across complex infrastructure systems. You will partner with Procurement, Supply Chain Engineering, and Operations to reduce costs while maximizing equipment performance.
The role focuses on evaluating and modernizing steam, condensate, compressed air, boilers, hot water systems, and wastewater treatment, with travel up to 50% and a strong emphasis on leadership across multi-disciplinary
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 7+ years leading design and operation of plant utility systems (steam, condensate, air, boilers, wastewater).
- Experience delivering thermal recovery or energy-reduction initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
