Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to lead complex Employee Relations and corrective action processes, counsel employees and management, and improve ER programs across the enterprise.

The role partners with HR stakeholders and Legal to ensure compliant, fair treatment and proactive performance management, while supporting a diverse, inclusive workforce at Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience consulting with line managers on development and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate risk by resolving complex ER issues.
• Engage with Employment Law Attorneys and HR Partners on ER matters.
• Interpret and apply employment policies consistently across ER cases.
• Track ER trends and propose corrective strategies.
• Design and deliver ER training initiatives.
• Guide managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
