Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a U.S. state bar.
• 7+ years of legal experience supporting commercial transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Provide practical legal support for global sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and supplier management.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, risk management, and IP protection in supply chain transactions.
• Develop contracting templates and playbooks to improve efficiency and consistency.
