CVS Health Corporation seeks a Managing Senior Legal Counsel, Compensation & Benefits to advise on health and welfare plans, retirement programs and executive compensation. You’ll guide governance, compliance and fiduciary matters for internal stakeholders and executives, and help manage the Compensation & Benefits legal team.
Candidates should be admitted in at least one state with 10+ years in employee benefits/ERISA, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate
Competenze
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state and in good standing.
- 10+ years advising on employee benefits and executive compensation (ERISA, IRC, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, 409A).
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts for business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong business judgment and a solution-oriented approach to legal counseling.
Mansioni
- Provide legal counsel on health and welfare plan design, administration, governance and compliance.
- Support administration and governance of retirement and defined contribution programs; draft plan documents and communications.
- Advise fiduciaries, governance practices, risk mitigation and respond to inquiries and regulatory matters.
- Counsel on executive compensation programs, incentive plans, equity awards and severance arrangements.
- Advise on employee benefits and executive compensation matters in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
