Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of full-time procurement experience in public- or private-sector roles.
• Experience as a senior buyer, warranted contracting officer, or equivalent.
• Ability to independently manage complex procurements from planning to award.

Responsibilities

• Plan, negotiate, and administer complex procurement contracts and high-value actions.
• Conduct procurements frequently over $200,000 with high visibility.
• Lead RFPs, IFBs, and solicitations from planning through award.
• Advise departments on procurement strategy and contract terms.
• Maintain procurement files and handle contract administration.
