Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and processes approved purchase requisitions for goods or services in ERP (PeopleSoft or SAP).
• Requests, reviews, and processes quotes from approved vendors or suppliers.
• Maintains and updates approved vendor/supplier list and performs cost analysis (make-versus-buy).
• Monitors PPV to ensure lowest cost and negotiates with vendors; secures alternate sources as needed.
• Tracks overdue or delinquent orders and escalates issues to maintain delivery schedule.
• Provides information or reports to departments as required.
