Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Sourcing Engineer, Semiconductor, to lead strategic sourcing of critical components for Intelligence Systems. You will own RFx processes, perform TCO analyses, and partner with engineering to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or sourcing engineering with a focus on semiconductor components.
• Proven ability to analyze cost structures and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret or TS clearance and ability to maintain clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Ability to work on-site in Costa Mesa, CA (relocation required if not local).

Responsibilities

• Lead RFx processes for strategic semiconductor components from inception to award.
• Perform detailed cost-breakdown analyses using Total Cost of Ownership modeling.
• Triage supply disruptions and resolve production-line blockers.
• Collaborate with Engineering to influence design specs based on supply intelligence.
• Partner with PCBA Contract Manufacturers to resolve shortages and meet CTB milestones.
• Develop and execute long-term semiconductor strategies focusing on cost reduction and resilience.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements including pricing, lead times, and terms.
• Monitor global market dynamics to identify supply risks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Own end-to-end supplier relationship management and act as escalation point for commodity issues.
