Job summary

Polar Semiconductor, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead customer-funded technology development, qualification, and manufacturing transfer programs in Bloomington, MN.

You will serve as the primary interface between customers, business development, engineering, operations, and executive leadership to ensure new technologies and products are developed, transferred, launched, and ramped into production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, science or related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in technical/manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer technology development and technology transfer initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Establish integrated program schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive readiness, qualification, and transfer activities from concept to production release.
• Provide executive-level updates on status, risks, and resource needs.
• Support proposal development, statements of work, and contracts.
