The Manager role oversees the Oklahoma City Work Ready Oklahoma sites, directing budgets, program development, and client relationships to improve self-sufficiency for low-income families and underserved populations.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, stakeholder partnerships, and talent development across departments, ensuring quality service

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred in business, social sciences, humanities, public administration, public policy, education, not-for-profit management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; alternative experience in lieu of a Master’s degree may be considered.
• Experience in project planning, program operations, or strategic planning is required.
• Experience coaching teams and developing corrective action plans to improve performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Knowledge of government contracts and not-for-profit operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational leadership for programs and projects including defining priorities, timelines, and objectives.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and deliverables in coordination with finance and compliance.
• Ensure sites operate effectively and deliver quality service aligned with contract requirements.
• Develop action plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with divisions to meet performance outcomes.
• Engage with community partners and clients to ensure responsive service delivery.
• Travel to multiple locations across the state as required.
• Support staff development and performance management across teams.
