Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel suitability, onboarding, and vetting support for ARCENT headquarters and supported organizations.
• Review, process, and evaluate personnel records, suitability packages, and background investigation documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and Army policies.
• Coordinate personnel security screenings, background investigations, fingerprint submissions, and suitability determinations for military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Process onboarding packages, access requests, credentialing requirements, and personnel actions in support of workforce management objectives.
• Maintain personnel security and suitability databases, records, and tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and accountability.
