Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned security professional to support ARCENT operations. The role focuses on suitability determinations, onboarding, background investigations, and data-driven workforce readiness within DoD policy frameworks.

The incumbent will coordinate with HR, security offices, and investigative agencies, maintaining sensitive records and ensuring confidentiality of PII. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience.
• Security clearance: Secret; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel suitability, onboarding, and vetting support for ARCENT headquarters and supported organizations.
• Review, process, and evaluate personnel records, suitability packages, and background investigations for compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate personnel security screenings, background investigations, fingerprint submissions, and suitability determinations for personnel.
• Process onboarding packages, access requests, credentialing requirements, and personnel actions.
• Maintain personnel security databases, records, and tracking systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor investigations, adjudications, and suitability actions and provide updates to leadership.
• Prepare reports and decision-support products related to personnel security and workforce readiness.
