Job summary

Minuteman Security & Life Safety seeks a Security Installation Technician III to lead high-complexity installations and oversee major projects involving advanced security systems. The role requires deep expertise in security tech, project management, and client interaction.

You will manage large-scale installations from planning through execution, supervise technicians on-site, and coordinate with clients to deliver customized solutions while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security system installation with a focus on complex and high-security systems.
• Extensive knowledge of advanced security technologies and integration techniques.
• Proven experience in project management and leading installation teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation and configuration of complex security systems, including integrated alarm, surveillance, and access control systems.
• Manage large-scale installation projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Supervise and support other technicians on-site, providing guidance and resolving technical issues.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Communicates with end-user and/or Project Manager
• Conduct system evaluations and provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including system layouts, installation reports, and project summaries.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
