Job summary

Tricentis is seeking a Security Program Manager to accelerate the Infosec program. You will drive roadmaps, plan solutions, and coordinate with engineering and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable initiatives.

This role emphasizes executive reporting, stakeholder management, and proactive risk mitigation across complex IT environments. You will lead diverse projects from technical deployments to strategic security initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management.
• 7+ years in information security or IT auditing.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Self-starter willing to support project teams.
• Awareness of GDPR, CCPA, and other ROW privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmapping, planning, documenting and executing InfoSec initiatives.
• Map requirements, plan solutions, confer with experts, and execute security strategies.
• Roll out projects aimed at strengthening the Tricentis security program.
• Manage scope, cost, and timelines across projects; track milestones.
• Host weekly syncs; document milestones, actions, and escalation points.
• Conduct deep-dive meetings with stakeholders and SMEs to drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on process improvements.
• Conduct project closure and contribute to organization-wide improvements.
