- Partner with engineering teams across Tricentis to deliver impactful and scalable security initiatives
- Drive the Infosec partnership program to enable customers and stakeholders to meet goals securely
- Align strategic goals and vision with leaders inside and outside the Infosec organization
- Road map, plan, document, and execute InfoSec program initiatives
- Map requirements, plan solutions, confer with experts, and execute strategies to strengthen the Tricentis security program
- Manage projects including technology implementations, security risk mitigations, and strategic IT initiatives
- Develop executive reporting mechanisms for InfoSec performance metrics, including SLAs and KPIs
- Report on the effectiveness of security processes to IT and InfoSec leaders
- Develop and manage project plans, WBS, formal agendas, action item trackers, documentation, and completion throughout the project lifecycle
- Engage stakeholders and sponsors from discovery through project close, managing scope, cost, and timelines
- Host weekly syncs and document milestones, action items, and escalation points
- Conduct deep-dive meetings with stakeholders and SMEs, document minutes and required actions, and develop resolution timelines
- Validate workflows and processes of incoming opportunities
- Manage expectations, competing agendas, stakeholder relationships, and project priorities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on process and operational improvements, troubleshooting discrepancies
- Conduct project closure processes and contribute to organization-wide procedure improvements using lessons learned
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management
- 7+ years in information security or IT auditing, working directly with IT partners
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Self-starter willing to support project teams
- Awareness of GDPR, CCPA, and other ROW privacy regulations
- PMP, Agile, and/or Lean Six Sigma experience and/or certifications (preferred)
- CISSP, CISA, or other security certifications (preferred)
- Experience in deployment of new security technologies (preferred)
- Proficiency in endpoint, network, cloud and application security (preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
- Must not be listed on government restricted party lists and must certify employment would not violate sanctions or export control regulations
