Job summary
Chenega MIOS in Arlington, VA seeks a Security Program Oversight Manager to govern a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives from initiation to closeout. You will provide schedule control, formal risk management, and decision-ready reporting in partnership with the Lead Cybersecurity Execution Manager, ensuring RMF milestones and artifacts are tracked and transparent.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).
- 7+ years of experience in project and portfolio management with Agile emphasis.
- DoD Top Secret Clearance required with ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI.
- Proven experience governing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Expert understanding of project management principles, portfolio management, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) at portfolio/program level.
Responsibilities
- Monitor program-level dashboard for KPIs, milestones, and resources.
- Manage formal risk, dependency, and issue tracking across projects.
- Govern cross-project reporting and governance with senior leadership.
- Maintain risk registers and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to keep schedule and reporting consistent.
- Drive continuous improvement in PM tooling, processes, and reporting.
