Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years in cybersecurity with at least 2+ years in leadership.
Active TS/SCI clearance; Agilist and DoD 8140 ISSM certification required.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with mission goals and threat landscape.
Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation with site assessments and planning.
Establish security policies meeting DoD and industry best practices; enforce them for performers and military orgs.
Ensure compliance with NIST RMF, DoD STIGs, and related mandates; drive CCRIs and audits.
Promote security culture and training across SecuriGence and DARPA programs.
Mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals; manage contractors, civilians, and military personnel.
