Job summary

Empyreal Logistics seeks a Security Operations Manager to develop and implement security strategies across the enterprise. You will create security policies and procedures, supervise Security Shift Leads, and manage SOC operations to ensure continuity with staff and local authorities.

You will oversee SOCs, lead incident command with SSLs, train staff, and manage budgets and performance. Collaboration with Director of Security and executives is essential for safeguarding people and assets.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Plan and implement comprehensive security strategies.
• Keep current with new technologies and advancements in security services.
• Gather security intelligence and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with department managers and branch managers to determine security needs.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as requested by Director of Security or Executive Leadership.
• Oversee all Empyreal Security Operations Centers (SOC).
• Lead incident command coordinating with Security Shift Leads.
