Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Three (3) years with U.S. security assistance programs.
• Ability to work on client site in Washington, DC 4-5 days/week.
• Master's degree may substitute two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional coordination with agency leaders on budget formulation and justification.
• Analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendation on program outcomes, rationales, and exceptions for foreign assistance funding.
• Perform analyses to support policy-making officials and coordinate stakeholders on key policy issues.
• Draft and coordinate analytical reports, briefing materials, memoranda, and letters on relevant matters.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing program budget data and respond to Congressional inquiries.
• Provide support for program and financial management reviews and reports.
