Job summary

Onebrief is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to serve as the trusted technical partner for military planning and operational coordination. You will maintain power-user fluency in the platform, stay current on product updates, and translate releases into practical impact for workflows.

You will be the primary liaison between customers and Onebrief, delivering ongoing role-specific training as the product evolves.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading operational planning within a military context, preferably at multi-star HQ.
Exposure to large staff planning through formal training or service experience.
Familiarity with planning exercises and deployment protocols on classified networks.
Proven ability to expand business presence within a customer location with software/tech solutions.
Experience in customer support, coordinating incidents with customers and engineering teams.
Strong technical skills to master the application and troubleshoot issues.
Ability to navigate large government organizations and deliver outcomes.
Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and access to DoD facilities.

Responsibilities

Clearly communicate user needs to the product team and maintain high product proficiency.
Coordinate resources and lead or support exercises to meet company goals.
Drive adoption through hands-on configuration and user coaching.
Identify gaps between workflows and Onebrief usage to improve processes.
Coordinate incidents between customers and product engineering to restore service.
