Job summary

Onebrief, a provider of AI-powered collaboration software for military planning, seeks a mission-driven professional to own multi-star HQ customer relationships. You will drive product adoption, coordinate with Joint Staff users, and steer renewals and expansions with strategic impact.

You have deep experience navigating government environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, adaptable mindset to support demanding planners in real-world operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational planning in a military context, preferably at multi-star HQ.
• Advanced military education: Command and Staff, Advanced Military Studies.
• Familiarity with major military planning exercises and protocols for deploying software on classified networks.
• Proven ability to expand software/tech solutions in a regional market.
• Experience in customer support and coordinating incidents with product teams.
• Ability to navigate large government organizations and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer relationship up to Generals/Admirals within the Joint Staff.
• Expand product usage across Joint Staff workflows to maximize adoption.
• Drive renewals and expansions to grow Onebrief annual revenue.
• Communicate user needs to the product team and maintain high product proficiency.
• Support expansions to Allies and Partners and sustain strong customer engagement.
• Coordinate incidents with customers and engineering to restore service.
