Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT security experience.
• Bilingual Japanese and English fluency.

• Experience with audits and regulatory compliance.
• Global risk-based management experience.
• Customer-facing role with senior-level security relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure information security services comply with contract terms and standards.
• Define and implement information security policies, procedures, and configurations.
• Translate security requirements into processes and systems during design.
• Evaluate new security products and technologies and advise leadership.
• Identify security improvements aligned with business goals.
• Drive remediation from incidents, tests, audits, and assessments.
• Identify gaps and elevate security operations to required standards.
• Represent IT Security in delivery and operational meetings.
• Conduct security review meetings with stakeholders and measure performance.
• Review service management reports and ensure security tickets are handled and SLAs met.
