Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation in San Antonio, TX seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead multi-phased DAF CLOUDworks initiatives, delivering secure hybrid cloud architectures and cyber deliveries for government cloud environments such as DAF CLOUDworks, JWCC, Platform One.

You will guide requirements, coordinate with customers and Aerospace teams, apply RMF and cybersecurity practices, and mentor diverse teams while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields (CS/CE/EE or related).
10+ years in software with at least 2 years in software architecture for software-intensive systems.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-phased projects in cloud architectures and cyber deliveries.
Interface with customers to capture requirements and relay updates to leadership.
Apply senior technical authority to resolve system issues and guide software/architecture decisions.
Support includes software development, data strategies, security, and cloud/virtualization deployments.
Develop technical materials for stakeholders and present to senior leaders.
