Job summary

KIPP St. Louis is seeking a Secondary Curriculum Manager to provide strategic instructional leadership across ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, AP, and dual credit.

This role reports to VP of Academics & Instruction and ensures coherent curriculum, rigorous practices, and data-driven improvement to prepare students for college and career. You will develop pacing guides, assessment blueprints, and vertical alignment from 6-12, collaborate with leaders, coaches, and teachers, and lead

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of successful classroom teaching with strong student outcomes.
• Experience leading curriculum implementation or instructional improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate professional learning for adults.
• Experience using student achievement data to drive instructional decisions.
• Strong understanding of instructional coaching and leader development.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and systems.
• Bachelor's degree and valid teaching certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum strategy, alignment, and implementation across core high school content areas.
• Develop regional guidance for curriculum, assessments, and instructional priorities.
• Design professional learning and coach School Leaders, instructional coaches, and teachers.
• Monitor walkthroughs and feedback to ensure rigor and alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with school leaders and data teams to drive data-informed decisions.
