Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of purchasing, inventory, merchandising, or supply chain experience (food industry preferred).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Place purchase orders based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
• Monitor daily inventory reports to prevent out-of-stocks and overstock."
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support sales while minimizing shrink.
• Track and manage open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Assist in negotiating costs and resolving discrepancies.
• Support onboarding of new suppliers and item setups.
• Analyze sales trends and product performance.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, vendor performance, and category results.
