Qualifications

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience required.
• 5+ years of overall technology experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, retrospectives, release planning).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog and ensure value-driven delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments and risks affecting team performance.
• Coordinate dependencies across distributed teams and time zones.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and self-organization.
• Promote accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
