Job summary

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) invites applications for a Scientific and Technical Intelligence Analyst. The role supports the Science and Technology Assessments (STA) Program within the STAR Directorate.

You will collaborate with the Intelligence Community to deliver written products and briefings in line with ICDs. The position can be filled at SES.1 or SES.2 level based on experience, with opportunities to develop proposals, build sponsor relationships, and operate in an SCI

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on national security topics and monitor current events in assigned areas.
• Identify analytic opportunities and prepare intelligence assessments meeting IC standards.
• Present analytic findings in briefings to sponsors and stakeholders; travel may be required.
• Contribute to new program opportunities; help develop research proposals and sponsor interactions.
• Maintain SCI access and security protocols in a controlled environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
