Job summary

KIPP Massachusetts seeks an Operations Manager for KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School to ensure smooth school operations in service of students and families. Reporting to the Director of School Operations, the role supports budgeting, organization, and logistics to create a culture of joy, excellence, care, and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excel experience is required.
• Multi-lingual ability is strongly preferred.
• Google and Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-long and short-term strategic projects for the school.
• Manage staff and day-to-day operations of the Nutrition and Front Desk teams.
• Coordinate school-wide logistics including testing, transport, calendar, and events.
• Assist with budget management and expense tracking for the school.
• Support the DSO and operations team; cover front desk as needed.
• Uphold a positive school culture and professional standards.
