Mastery Schools is seeking an Assistant Principal of Operations On Assignment (APO) to participate in a leadership development experience across multiple school contexts. You will gain expertise in leading operations systems, support instructional leadership, and work with network leaders to ensure continuity during vacancies or transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of management-related experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and supervise employees.
• Familiarity with school operations, compliance, and HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Enrollment: assist planning and execution of recruitment activities and ensure paperwork is complete.
• School Administration: maintain schedules, records, and transcripts; assist substitute deployment; coordinate testing and report cards.
• Infrastructure Management: support procurement, facilities, inventory, and service providers.
• Financial Management: assist in budgeting, petty cash, and monthly financial review meetings.
• Customer Service: manage front desk staff and on-site operations communications.
• Compliance: maintain student information systems and ensure regulatory adherence across state/federal requirements.
