Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, public administration, business administration, or related field is required.
• Four years of experience in budget development, budget analysis, forecasting, accounting, auditing, or finance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages annual operating and grant budgets for assigned units with Program Managers and monitors budget-to-actual performance.
• Monitors and analyzes expenditures, forecasts, and contract activity; communicates financial status and risks to stakeholders.
• Prepares expenditure forecasts and cost-to-complete analyses; coordinates budget reallocations as needed.
• Coordinates preparation and review of monthly/annual financial reports for accountability and compliance.
