Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC in Avon, Ohio seeks a Business Systems Analyst to analyze, modify, and evaluate software, hardware, and business processes. You will configure SAP ECC 6.0, Manhattan WMS/TMS/Labor Management, and related tools, design and test software changes, and collaborate with users to deploy best practices and training.

This role requires strong communication, technical writing, and project management skills, with 3+ years of experience in ERP configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and multiple full life cycle software implementations.
• 3+ years configuring SAP ECC 6.0 or higher and/or Manhattan WMS/TMS/Labor Management.
• Strong project management principles and sound technical writing.
• Active learning through continuing education to stay current.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to travel abroad; proficient with MS Office tools.
• SQL/PL-SQL and/or ABAP knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as subject matter expert for given area (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, etc.).
• Refines and validates end-user requirements for feasibility and completeness.
• Authors and approves specification documents and test cases.
• Delivers user education on business processes and improvements.
• Designs, debugs, and tests software modifications and workflows.
• Coordinates implementations of best practices and training.
• Develops procedures for complex computer systems maintenance and updates.
• Collaborates with developers to align technical vision with usability and performance.
• Serves as liaison between customers and software development team.
