Job summary

EAE USA is seeking a SAP Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist to turn customer orders into successful deliveries, interfacing SAP with logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, and finance. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Convert quotations and contracts into SAP Sales Orders with accurate pricing, terms, and customer requirements.
• Maintain Sales Orders throughout fulfillment using SAP SD and LE transactions.
• Collaborate with Project Execution, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to ensure on-schedule order execution.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting fulfillment, billing, or delivery.
• Maintain pricing conditions to support accurate billing and invoicing.

At EAE USA, the SAP Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in turning customer orders into successful deliveries. This position sits at the intersection of SAP, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, finance, and project execution, ensuring that products move accurately and efficiently from order entry through shipment and billing. You’ll be a hands-on SAP expert and operational problem solver—keeping orders, deliveries, inventory, documentation, and systems aligned while proactively resolving issues that could impact customer commitments. Order Management & SAP Execution

• Convert accepted quotations and contracts into accurate SAP Sales Orders, ensuring pricing, terms, materials, quantities, delivery requirements, and customer-specific requirements are captured correctly.
• Maintain and manage Sales Orders throughout the fulfillment lifecycle using SAP SD and LE transactions.
• Partner with Project Execution, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure orders are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Review and validate order data, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact fulfillment, billing, or customer delivery.
• Maintain pricing conditions within quotations and Sales Orders to support accurate billing and invoicing.
• Provide day-to-day SAP and operational support to project execution teams.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate potential risks, delays, or exceptions to stakeholders.

Logistics & Fulfillment

• Create and manage Outbound Deliveries, ensuring inventory availability, credit status, delivery requirements, and export compliance are addressed before shipment.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams on inventory availability, stock transfers, shipment timing, and fulfillment priorities.
• Support warehouse and logistics teams with returns processing, outbound delivery maintenance, and other fulfillment activities.
• Occasionally perform Goods Receipt postings accurately and on time to support the Accounts Payable process.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and project execution teams to resolve fulfillment issues and keep projects on schedule.
• Serve as the key connection point between SAP transactions and physical warehouse/logistics execution.
• Monitor fulfillment progress and elevate potential delivery issues before they become customer-impacting problems.

Shipping Documentation & Compliance

• Support the generation and verification of shipping documentation directly from SAP, including Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, customs documentation, and other fulfillment records.
• Ensure shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with customer, export, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Work with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Project Execution teams to resolve documentation discrepancies and prevent shipment delays.
• Maintain consistent and reliable documentation practices to support compliance, customer requirements, and audit readiness.

SAP Systems Support & Troubleshooting

• Investigate and resolve fulfillment blocks, including credit holds, material master issues, delivery errors, billing and invoicing issues, and SAP processing exceptions.
• Monitor SAP data transfers with external logistics systems and coordinate resolution of integration, interface, and IDoc issues.
• Partner with business and technical teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Escalate system, master-data, or configuration issues appropriately and follow through to resolution.
• Develop a strong understanding of SAP integrations across SD, WM, MM, PP, and FI, as well as connections with external logistics and business systems.
• Help identify recurring issues and recommend improvements that reduce disruption and manual intervention.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and strengthen compliance across order-to-cash and fulfillment processes.
• Support month-end close by ensuring Goods Issue and related fulfillment transactions are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Help document standard operating procedures, workflows, and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across SAP, logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment operations.
• Look for opportunities to improve communication and handoffs between Project Execution, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics.
• Use SAP data and operational knowledge to identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements.
• Build a broader understanding of EAE USA’s business processes and how SAP enables successful project execution and customer delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience in ECC or S/4HANA, with strong working knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Practical experience with SAP SD and LE transactions, including Sales Orders, Outbound Deliveries, Goods Issue, and related fulfillment activities.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, engineered products, sales, distribution, or project-based environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-value transactions while maintaining accurate system data.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot SAP and operational issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues before they impact customers or project execution.
• Comfortable working with both business users and technical teams to resolve system and process challenges.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting capital equipment, engineered products, manufacturing, or project-based operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management, and Production Planning (PP).
• Experience creating, modifying, or supporting SAP shipping, logistics, compliance, or fulfillment reports.
• Experience with SAP integrations, IDoc monitoring, master data, configurations, or external logistics platforms.
• Understanding of how SAP SD integrates with WM, MM, PP, and FI in an end-to-end fulfillment environment.
• Experience working with international shipments, export documentation, customs requirements, or trade compliance.
• Experience supporting SAP process improvements, automation, data-quality initiatives, or operational excellence projects.
• Strong ability to build relationships across Project Execution, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, and Logistics teams.
