Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced QA/Test Lead to oversee SAP ERP/CRM testing, mentor junior staff, and ensure high standards across deliverables. You will analyze complex requirements, participate in test planning, and guide teams using waterfall or agile methodologies.

Strong SQL/SOQL skills and LoadRunner accreditation are preferred. The role emphasizes strategic problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and building enduring client relationships while following firm testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of IT experience.
• Experience in software testing including SAP ERP and CRM.
• Working knowledge in SAP modules.
• Experience with SAP or SAP S4/HANA.
• Preparing, conducting, and documenting tests.
• Knowledge of test management tools.
• Understanding of Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL/SOQL queries.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics.
• Loadrunner Professional Accreditation preferred.
