The role requires SAP proficiency, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment. You will work with multiple departments to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiencies while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Environment.
• 2 years' experience in Purchasing or material-related role.
• Adheres to safety policies and promotes safe workplace.
• Honest, dependable team player with strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate several tasks.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders to Support Production Requirements; modify as needed.
• Run Past Due report and respond according to material requirements.
• Receive and confirm orders in SAP upon supplier acknowledgment.
• Expedite orders for short lead time or replacement materials.
• Confirm pricing and update SAP Information Records.
• Build relationships with suppliers and participate in sourcing/cost savings with Central Purchasing.
• Resolve invoice issues.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
