Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of State and Local Tax experience.
• Experience with corporate income, franchise, sales and use tax.
• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Support clients on complex state and local tax matters.
• Advise on multi-state tax issues across offices.
• Assist with tax planning, structuring and transactional analysis.
• Engage in research and writing for tax opinions and memos.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on client matters.
