Commerce Bank's Commerce Trust division seeks a Wealth Management Salesforce Product Manager to lead decisioning, planning, and execution of the Salesforce program across the organization, ensuring competitiveness of current offerings and evaluating new products.

As a primary driver, you will partner with business line leaders, create the vision and timeline for features, prepare business cases, and communicate roadmap status to executives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
• 2+ years of product or program management experience.
• 2+ years leading a cross-functional team.
• 2+ years of experience with financial products and systems.
• 2+ years of Salesforce product(s) and implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business line leaders to define, lead and influence Salesforce strategic initiatives.
• Lead and influence strategic initiatives to maintain competitiveness of current offerings and assess opportunities for new products and features.
• Make recommendations to leadership aligned with strategic direction.
• Independently create the vision and timeline for identified program features and deliverables.
• Prepare business cases for new products and drive prioritization of initiatives.
• Communicate the business roadmap and status to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Direct and authorize execution efforts across all participating teams.
• Lead vendor analysis and input to product marketing plans.
• Manage vendor and technology partner relationships in the plan execution.
• Guide product training and oversee transitions to day-to-day support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
