Job summary

Plative is seeking a senior leader to own and grow its Salesforce banking practice for mid-market and regional banks and credit unions in the United States. You will shape the strategy, partner with Salesforce, and drive complex deals while maintaining selective billable engagement on flagship wins.

You will lead industry offerings, build executive relationships, and mentor architects and consultants to ensure deliverable, scalable banking solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• Deep direct experience inside a bank or credit union in a leadership or senior individual contributor role.
• Proven Salesforce financial services experience as an industry strategist, executive, or practice lead.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine Plative's Salesforce banking value proposition for mid-market and regional banks/credit unions.
• Partner closely with Salesforce to create and execute joint account plans for large deposits.
• Support strategic pursuits: discovery, visioning, exec-level pitches, solution storytelling, and deal shaping.
