You will lead architecture and development efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and security standards, while mentoring teams and driving project success.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business partners, agile/hybrid practices, and continuous improvement to support veterans and their families through technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 7 years Salesforce implementation, configurations, and customization experience.
• 7 years experience designing, developing, and deploying technology solutions.
• 5 years experience in Salesforce Solutions, Architecture Design/Development Methodologies.
• 5 years experience as an analyst in a technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to define needs and roadmaps.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover business challenges and goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain application plans and prototypes.
• Mentor developers and provide technical support to end-users.
