Qualifications

• Seven years of Salesforce implementation, configurations, and customization experience.
• Seven years of experience designing, developing, and deploying technology solutions.
• Five years of experience in Salesforce Solutions, Architecture Design/Development Methodologies.
• Five years of experience as an analyst in a technology environment utilizing software design processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and IT teams to uncover business challenges and align roadmaps to requirements.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover business challenges and goals.
• Design, develop, and document scalable application plans and architectures.
• Mentor developers and provide technical support to end-users as needed.
• Oversee the software design process and ensure quality and enterprise-wide standards.
